The Employee Scheduling and Time Off Management features are quite robust and have helped us manage shifts across locations. The 'Work Chat' is also useful for quick team communication. However, sometimes the mobile app can be a bit slow to load, especially during peak hours when many employees are checking their schedules or clocking in. Overall, it's a very practical tool for managing our staff, and the free version for small teams was a great starting point for us. Value for money is good.

I moved my team's scheduling to When I Work last month after using a different service. The 14-day free trial was helpful to test out the Employee Scheduling and Team Messaging. Setup was straightforward, and my staff picked up the Mobile App Scheduling quickly. I decided to go with the annual billing for 10% off. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about integrating payroll. It's a solid platform. My only small wish is for more detailed analytics on labor costs, but what's there is good.
